BraidHQ

Terms of Service

In force from 30 September 2026 · Version 1

1. Who we are

BraidHQ is operated by Choice Sushi Marsden Pty Ltd, ABN 11 640 195 044 ("we", "us"), trading as BraidHQ, from Sydney, Australia. Contact: support@braidhq.net.

2. What BraidHQ is

A back-office platform for hospitality businesses: rostering, time and attendance, staff onboarding, supplier invoices, daily takings, pay calculation and reporting, reached through the web dashboard, the staff app and the store kiosk. It runs beside your point-of-sale; it is not one.

3. Your account

An operator account is opened by a person authorised to act for the business (the "operator"). The operator is responsible for who is given access (admins, managers, staff), for keeping sign-in details and staff-app links private, and for everything done under the account. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.

4. Early access

BraidHQ is free during early access. Per-store pricing starts at launch; early-access operators get written notice at least 30 days before any fee applies, and may close their account before then at no cost.

5. Your data is yours

The business data and personal information you and your staff enter belong to the business. We process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data on request and can close your account at any time.

6. Your obligations

You agree to use BraidHQ lawfully; to have the right to enter the personal information you enter about staff and suppliers; to meet your own obligations as an employer (awards, pay, record-keeping, tax and superannuation — BraidHQ's figures are tools, not advice, and you remain responsible for checking them); and not to attempt to gain access to another business's data.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep BraidHQ available around the clock but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features; where a change materially reduces what you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

8. Suspension and closure

We may suspend an account that is being misused or that puts other customers' data at risk, telling you why. You may close your account at any time; we delete or return your data as the Privacy Policy describes.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (nil during early access), and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Changes to these terms

We will post changes here with a new date and tell operators by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
